About Eddie Gray

Former professional soccer player and manager who is known for his storied career playing for the Leeds United Football Club. He played winger during the 1960s and 1970s, when the club won multiple league titles.

Early Life of Eddie Gray

He signed his first professional contract with Leeds United at age 16. He made his professional debut with the team on New Years Day 1966 at age 17.

In 2000, he was voted by fans as the 3rd greatest Leeds player of all time. In September 2013, he was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame for his contributions to English sport.
