About Jaimie Goodwin

Professional dancer best known as a contestant on season 3 of So You Think You Can Dance. She was trained as a contemporary, lyrical, and jazz dancer for 12 years. She also toured with So You Think You Can Dance after the season ended. 


She began dancing when she was 7 years old at a studio in Virginia run by Dennis Wall, mother to So You Think You Can Dance season 2 runner-up and show choreographer Travis Wall and So You Think You Can Dance season 3 runner-up Danny Tidwell. 


She secured dancing parts in the 2008 film High School Musical 3: Senior Year, Fox s Glee, and the 2012 musical Rock of Ages.

Her mother passed away after her fight against breast cancer. She has a sister.

She won an Emmy for her and fellow season 3 contestant Hokuto Konishi s performance of The Hummingbird and the Flower, choreographed by Australian choreographer Wade Robson.
