About Mike McKee
Drummer best known for his work with the American folk rock band Delta Rae. He and the band have performed at some of the biggest festivals in the United States, including Farm Aid and Lollapalooza.
He made his first drum kit out of various household items at age 12. He eventually worked enough odd jobs to buy his first drum kit.
He recorded Delta Rae s debut album Carry the Fire using unconventional percussion instruments, including trash cans, metal chains and various mallets.

He married Melinda Pearce in 2010. His mother is a piano teacher.
