About Mimi Knoop
Renowned skateboarder best known for securing 5 X Games medals since she turned pro in 2003. She also founded the Women s Skateboarding Alliance and Hoopla Skateboards to help promote skateboarding in young girls.
She had been skating most of her life on and off but didn t begin skating in bowls and halfpipes until 2003 at the age of 24.
She is a talented multimedia artist and even created the name and logo for the Girls Combi Pool Classic contest held by Vans.
