About Joel Villanueva

Filipino politician who is known for having served in the senate of the Philippines as well as a member of the Philippines House of Representatives for Citizen s Battle Against Corruption. He is also known for having been a former Director General of the Philippine TESDA from 2010 until 2015.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Santo Tomas and later attended Harvard University for his graduate studies in Business Administration. He was first elected to the Philippine House of Representatives in 2001.
