About Mattia Pasini

Italian Grand Prix motorcycle road racer who is known for competing in a range of different 125cc World Championship races as well as the Moto2 series of races as well. He is known for racing professionally with the Italtrans Racing Team. 


He participated in his first major race at the age of 9. After a few successful years in the Italian and European Championships, he went on to make his 125cc debut in 2004. In 2008, he went on to make his debut for the Polaris World Aprilla team. He raced in his first MotoGP World Championship in 2012. 


He is known for having earned his first 250cc victory during the Opening Round of the season in the Qatar Grand Prix in 2008.
