Played for 5 NBA teams before becoming a head coach and taking the Portland Trail Blazers to 2 NBA Finals appearances.


He was a star basketball player at what would be Loyola Marymount University.


He coached the Sacramento Kings in the famous 2002 7-game playoff series against the Los Angeles Lakers that Tom Donaghy said was partly fixed by the NBA.
