About Mainza Chona
Zambian diplomat who held office as the Vice President of the Republic of Zambia from 1970 to 1973. He has also been the Prime Minister of the Republic of Zambia on two different occasions: from 1973 to 1975 and then again from 1977 to 1978.
He held his first Zambian political office as the Justice Minister in 1964.
He was Zambia s ambassador to the People s Republic of China from 1984 to 1989.
