About Laviai Nielsen

British sprinter who won a silver medal at the 2019 European Indoor Championships in the 4×400 relay. She also previously finished as a silver medalist at the 2017 World Championships in the 4×400 event.

She went from a middle distance runner to sprinter in 2013. She earned her breakthrough at the 2015 European Junior Championships as the gold medal winner in the 400 meter event.
