About Curtis Strange

World Golf Hall of Fame member who won 17 PGA Tours and two major championships in the 1980s.


He started playing golf at 15 with help from his father, who owned the White Sands Country Club in Virginia Beach, Virginia.


After the 1980s, his playing ability mysteriously disappeared; he didn t win a single tournament after 1989.
