Minnesota Twins Hall of Fame closer who won 2 World Series Championships with the Twins, and was named an All-Star from 1991 to 1993.


He was drafted out of Edgewood High School in West Covina, California by the St. Louis Cardinals in 1980.


He became the first pitcher since 1965 to pinch hit in a World Series during Game 3 of the 1991 World Series.
